I’m not a fan of new year’s resolutions. Instead, I focus on habits, or intentions.

I’ve always found having a clear intention at the beginning of the year to be incredibly powerful. It guides me through difficult decisions, brings clarity to new challenges, and pushes me to get out of my comfort zone and grow. 

Needless to say, focusing on my goals in 2020 was a little harder than usual, but throughout the challenges, I was reminded of an important truth: there is power in togetherness. When we lean on each other, we can still accomplish amazing things. 

That’s why I’m creating an accountability network in 2021. Instead of focusing on your goals alone, let me help you! I’m going to apply what I learned last year about effective accountability systems to help you make the most of 2021. Join us and you’ll receive check-ins and helpful tips, get connected to resources, and stay inspired.

Here’s how it works: 

• Fill out the form below, including your name, email, and your 2021 intention. Maybe you want to launch a podcast or join a board. Maybe you want to write more or get a new job. Whatever your goal is, give us as much detail as you can!

• From the dropdown list, tell us how we can be most helpful in keeping you on track to reach your goal. Need inspiration and encouragement? Choose “Motivation.” Need accountability? Choose “Monthly Check-Ins.” We can also provide helpful resources targeted toward your goal or even help connect you to the community!

• Each month, for the next three months, you’ll get two emails from us. The first will contain tailored resources based on your intention and your answer to the question “How can we be most helpful?” The second will be an email with more general resources for staying focused on your goals, updates on what’s working for me, and how I’m staying motivated in hopes that it might inspire you as well.

In light of everything that has happened this year, it would be easy to set aside goal setting for 2021 and walk quietly into the new year. But in the face of uncertainty, setting an intention is more important than ever.
